DW, To point out a problem without at least suggesting a remedy is laziness, and a rather easy to identify characteristic of ... dare I say it ... liberalism.

OH, by now means and I saying that I am NOT LAZY. I hope my post didn't come across as sounding like that!

The Lord knows I am as lazy as the next average American. I have no solutions for the problem, other than pointing out there IS a problem. After all, knowing is half the battle!

To address your points...

Hey, your car barely and I mean BARELY made it our of your driveway. Did you forget to mention the 1/4 ton of weights in the trunk and very good, newer snow tires? My car is leased and has notoriously bad stock tires (Turanza EL42s - see TireRacks ratings). Rest assured AWG readers, I now have nice new all-season tires... I was just trying to milk my lease tires is all. I must be cheap too. Had your wife not made it outta the driveway... Guess whoda been shoveling?

As for the elliptical, there's no dust on it. Although I'm lazy, I am a neat freak. Cleaning is fun! Like shoveling kinda, it's cathartic... I use it more than you think you'd be surprised to know!

As for the windshield... Well... You're right, that was just plain lazy. ROFL

LAZY!?!?!

I'll tell you lazy...

LAZY is whinning about being fat, when all it takes is 20 minutes a day on your $700 ellipitcal that is probably covered in so much dust it looks like it should have been in the recently discovered tomb of Jesus,

LAZY is putting off a cracked windshield in a $35000 car for 6 months until it resembles the San Andreas Fault when all it takes is a 5 minute phone call to the insurance agent,

LAZY is waiting until you get stuck in the barely covered driveway (that a 1986 rear wheel drive 5.0 convertible mustang can easily traverse) of a "carpool schmuck" to get some decent tires...

...so get off your "I shovel my driveway" soapbox and have some chicken and beer!!
