		<description>McClatchy was the warm body who took advantage of the situation. I'll lend him no credit for originality on this one. If I recall, there were a few groups interested in purchasing the team, although McClatchy was the most vocal and active, which is why his group won.

I have no doubt that whoever it was who bought the team (to remain in Pittsburgh) would have pushed for a new venue too.</description>

		<description>I understand that McClacthy is no longer the best person as the CEO of the Pirates,and I'm glad the Pirates are trying to move into a better direction. Don't forget that if it wasn' for McClacthy there may no longer be a baseball team in Pittsburgh. He also created the beautiful PNC Park. In short, McClatchy kept baseball alive for Pittsburgh. It is his time to go, however.</description>
